About the Fringe Online Box Office

1. Navigate your way round the 700 Fringe events in the following ways:

 Using all-new Fringle search

By event type e.g. music or theatre, on the left hand-side

View all visual or non-visual arts events on the left hand-side

View all free or ticketed events

View events with certain ticket offers i.e. Friends Discounts or 2 for 1 offers

Search by event title, company name or venue by inputting key search words into Fringle

 By venue

2. Find out more about your chosen event by clicking 'Full listing information'

3. All dates for that event will appear at the top of the page and listed under ‘other event dates’.

4. Click on 'Book Now' to purchase tickets for this event.

5. Input the number of tickets you require at each price level and click to ‘Add seats to basket’.

6. To add more tickets to your basket click + or –, or using the search tools, continue to view more events.

7. Your basket details will appear to the right of the screen at all times, click to view, take your basket to checkout or to log out.

8. When you are happy with your basket of events proceed to the secure payment page by clicking to ‘checkout’.

9. Many people are then directed to a 3D banking page. This is an extra layer of security required by most banks to complete payment. You will typically be asked for one or more passwords or key words that you have set up with your bank previously. If you can't remember or haven't set this up you usually get the opportunity to do so on this page. If you are having problems with this then please do contact the Fringe Box Office.

10. Once you have paid you will be sent a transaction confirmation email from Secpay and an e-mail confirming your ticket purchase from us. Print this out, or simply take a note of the Booking Reference, and take it with you to the venue on the day of the event. You will need to show the Booking Reference to the venue for entry into the actual event.
